Front Desk - Internship
Job Details
We are looking for a young and energetic intern to provide support to the front office department. This position will act as a link between clients and the institution by managing the sales and collection of loans in a timely manner. The position reports to the Branch Manager and will be based in various Locations which include Lusaka, Kitwe, Chililabombwe & Mufulira.
Job Responsibilities
- Aggressive selling and cross – selling of Fincred Finance’ products and services.
- Exercising sound commercial judgment in resolving issues appropriately within the confines of the company’s credit policy, sales strategy and other company rules/policies, Manage key performance drivers, overall sales and profitability across different products and channels.
- Ensure that client records are captured correctly in the system and are perfectly filed.
- Closely collaborate with senior management, among other superiors, on effective outreach mechanisms and secure cost-effective platforms to penetrate markets.
- Actively contribute towards branch weekly targets in terms of disbursements, collections and arrears management.
- Following up on defaulting customers and keeping record of all communications.
- Ensure front office and customer areas are well maintained to promote security, efficient and professional service delivery and enhance the image of the company.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 school certificate with 5 credits or better
- Diploma/ Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Management or related field
- Work experience in a Financial Institution is an added advantage
